How to Create an Accessory Display

I love accessories and believe they make an outfit, but up until a few weeks ago, my accessory game was a bit rusty. I stored my purses in a trunk, sunglasses in a cabinet and scarves in a closet and changed each out every so often.
After going down some TikTok rabbit holes, I found myself in Kylie Jenner’s insane boutique-like closet. Watching her GRWM, I was inspired and realized that with a few items from Amazon, I could totally have a “shoppable” accessory display.
I wanted that same merchandised vibe and for this little vignette. I had a spare IKEA Vittsjo Shelf Unit, so all I had to purchase was my merchandising accessories.
Since I created my accessory display about 3 weeks ago, I’ve been having way more fun getting dressed and using WAY more of my accessories. Last week, I carried two different handbags that I hadn’t used in more than 3 years!
